This piece attaches with millinery elastic and a comb, unless otherwise requested.
The quill sweeps upwards, giving the illusion of height.

HOW TO MEASURE
Take a tape measure around the widest part of your head; from the forehead around the widest part of your head and back to meet the forehead. Don't pull too tight on the tape or your hat will be too tight. It is useful to insert your pinky under the tape to allow for a little room when measuring, then refer below for your head size.

WEARING TO ASCOT?
Hats should be worn; however a headpiece which has a solid base of 4 inches (10cm) or more in diameter covering a sufficient area of the head is acceptable as an alternative to a hat.
Fascinators are not permitted
