DELIVERY

Please allow 4 weeks for your design to be created and posted. This applies to Made to Order designs.  Designs may take longer at busy times, however if you provide us with your event date we will always aim to ensure it is ready and with you on time.

Ready to Wear will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.

To avoid disappointment, if your requirements are more urgent please contact us, it may be possible to accommodate a rush order.  However, we cannot guarantee delivery times.  If your design is needed sooner, please get in touch in the first instance.

There is a non-refundable* fee for rush orders in addition to the item cost, this upgrade is to cover extra hours and expenses involved in reducing the turnaround time from 3 - 6 weeks to 1 - 2 weeks. 

Items which are bespoke or highly customised may take up to 6 weeks.

For orders required between:
7 - 14 days = 25% fee

*This fee is non-refundable as it covers overtime & costs associated with acquiring stock etc.

This fee is subject to change.

The fee is at our discretion, stock availability and season may have impacts on our rush fees.

Bespoke designs may take longer.

Jewelllery

Jewellery is made to order in 5 working days. 

Production times 

Once your order is complete, all items are dispatched, within the UK, by Special Delivery, DPD or RM First Class Signed For, RM 24 which are approximately 1- 2 working day services excluding Saturday/Bank holidays.

International (NON-UK)

Once your order is complete, items to international destinations will be sent by International Signed For or equivalent.  This takes an estimated 5 - 6 working days, however can take up to 30 working days. 

You are responsible for any duties, customs charges* and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

*Customs Duty is a tax imposed on certain imports of goods.  Goods purchased in your own country already have this cost applied, therefore it is payable to the relevant tax authorities when importing goods from abroad.  Costs and thresholds are determined by each individual country.

We cannot guarantee actual delivery dates and times, this includes courier upgrades. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.

All Destinations

Your hat or headpiece is insured against loss or damage in transit and must be signed for on receipt, therefore cannot be sent to PO Box or Mail Receiving Centre addresses.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

We cannot guarantee actual delivery dates and times. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped. 

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Maggie Mowbray Millinery, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Your hat is packaged securely in acid-free tissue and a sturdy garment box, hatbox or luxury bag and sturdy box.
