PAYMENT

By purchasing from this website you are required to provide valid credit card information that you are authorised to use. We reserve all rights to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time.

Card transactions are processed externally by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.   When you pay via our direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

We accept Apple Pay on some devices and browsers.  We accept PayPal, please note if paying by PayPal, we will always use your PayPal address as your postal address.

We accept Laybuy.  Laybuy offers online shoppers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and pay for it in 6 equal payments, once a week for 6 weeks. This option is available during the checkout process.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on ready to wear pieces. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke, made to order or customised. However, customer satisfaction is of upmost importance and if you are not completely happy with your new design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we shall attempt to resolve your concerns.
