DELIVERY

With the exception of Ready To Wear, our hats and headpieces are hand-made to order.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for your design to be created and posted. This applies to Made to Order designs.

Ready to Wear will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.

To avoid disappointment, if your requirements are more urgent please contact us, it may be possible to accommodate a rush order.  However, we cannot guarantee delivery times.  If your design is needed sooner, please get in touch in the first instance.
There is a non-refundable* fee for rush orders this is to cover extra hours and expenses. 

For orders required between:

7 - 14 days = 25% fee

*This fee is non-refundable as it covers overtime & costs associated with acquiring stock etc.

Bespoke designs may longer.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

International Delivery
You are responsible for any duties, customs charges and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

We cannot guarantee actual delivery dates and times. We will send you an email letting you know when your product is shipped.

We accept no responsibility for delays due to postal delays outwith our control.

In rare instances where the item is returned to us due to non payment of legal customs fees in the destination country, we shall keep the item in safe keeping until further postage is arranged, payable by the customer. 

If your item is lost we will endeavour to replace the item at no extra cost to the customer.

PAYMENT

By purchasing from this website you are required to provide valid credit card information that you are authorised to use. We reserve all rights to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at any time.

Card transactions are processed externally by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.   When you pay via our direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

We accept Apple Pay on some devices and browsers.  We accept PayPal, please note if paying by PayPal, we will always use your PayPal address as your postal address.

Deposits and Pre-payments paid on Made to Order items are non-returnable.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted on ready to wear pieces. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke, made to order or customised. However, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and if you are not completely happy with your new design, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we shall attempt to resolve your concerns.

CONTENT

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and terms and conditions at any time.  We may make alterations to the price, content, or nature of our site without notice. 

Use of this site excludes downloading or modifications of any aspect of it. You may not reproduce, duplicate any material within this site, without express written consent from Maggie Mowbray Millinery. 

All images and communicated feedback regarding purchased goods may be used at the discretion of Maggie Mowbray Millinery across all marketing or selling venues.

Any content not owned by Maggie Mowbray Millinery that appears on this site are the property of their credited owners, who may or may not be affiliated with Maggie Mowbray Millinery.

You must be 16 years or over to purchase goods on this website.

We reserve the right to make changes to designs which improve their overall function or appearance.
